Call for Proposals | University of Arizona XR Summit 2025
We are excited to invite you to apply to share your work at the University of Arizona XR Summit 2025 hosted by CATalyst Studios in the main library. UCATT is collaborating on this Summit that willl showcase innovative research, creative projects, and emerging applications of extended reality (XR) across disciplines and will take place on November 14th from 10 am - 5 pm.
We are currently accepting applications for two types of contributions:
- Presentations – Four 30-minute sessions are available, each consisting of 20 minutes for the talk and 10 minutes for Q&A from 2-4 pm.
- Demos – Available throughout the day (10 am - 5 pm), with Open House tours at 10 am - 1 pm, encouraging direct interaction with participants.
We encourage submissions from faculty, staff, students, and community partners. Your expertise and projects would make a valuable contribution to this event, and we would love to see your work represented.
Submit your application by October 15th.
Presentation files will be due November 7th.
We hope you will consider joining us in shaping the XR Summit and highlighting the exciting work happening in this space.
