Focus on topics you can immediately apply while earning valuable recognition for your commitment to professional growth.

Flexible Pathways for Professional Growth

Instructor Pathways is a professional development program built around high-impact teaching topics and designed to fit a full teaching schedule.

Each pathway offers workshops that build on each other — take them individually or complete the full track. Workshops run as asynchronous online experiences of three to four hours, completed within a one-week window, so you can fit the work around your own week rather than around ours.

Workshops run throughout the fall and spring semesters, and each one earns a Credly badge you can share.
