The XR Summit

From capturing simple 360-video to building fully immersive environments, instructors, researchers, staff and students across campus are collaborating to do exciting work in XR. Join us on November 11, at Catalyst Studios, Main library, to explore what is possible with virtual reality, augmented reality, and immersive teaching and research. Everyone (staff, students, and instructors) is invited from the curious to the expert. Learn from colleagues, try out headsets and other technologies, visit spaces set up with digital creation tools, and find out where you can get support on campus.

The schedule is as follows:

• 10-11 am | XR Open House Tour
• 11 am - 12 pm | XR Collaborative Introduction and Panel Discussion
• 12-1 pm | Lunch & Vendor Presentations
• 1-2 pm | XR Open House Tour
• 2-4 pm | 30-minute Presentations
• 4-5 pm | Closing Reception
