The Designing Your Online Course workshop is great for anyone creating an online course from scratch. In this workshop, you will implement best practices in online course design as you learn about the standards of the Quality Matters Rubric. You will use the rubric as a framework to create a Course Development Plan, which you can use to build your course. This workshop guides you to think deeply about your approach to online course design and workshop facilitators offer feedback that you can apply directly to your own course. Please note that to be successful in this two-week asynchronous online workshop, you should allocate 8 to 10 hours of your time per week to spend on workshop tasks.
