Amor Moran

Amor Moran serves as the Director of Instructional Technologies at the University of Arizona within the University Center for Teaching, Assessment, and Technology. She is passionate about accessible, high-quality education and is committed to supporting faculty and learners from all backgrounds through inclusive pedagogy, instructional technology, and evidence-based teaching practices.
Previously, she worked as a Professional Skills Learning Facilitator at the University of Arizona’s College of Veterinary Medicine, where she guided graduate students through curriculum focused on communication, collaboration, professionalism, and leadership.
Amor brings a rich and diverse professional background, including experience as a Director of Distance Education at Austin Peay State University in Tennessee, instructional technology manager, and program manager for defense training systems. Before transitioning into higher education, she served as a United States Air Force Weather Officer for ten years, holding leadership roles in operations and training across both domestic and international assignments.
When not working, you can find her on the soccer fields, proudly embracing her role as the quintessential soccer mom.
