Rachel Wehr

Rachel is an experienced educator, school garden practitioner, and instructor. She uses her experience in community engagement courses to approach instruction by promoting discussion and collaboration to build inclusive online learning communities.

In her previous role as Program Manager of a school garden program, Rachel aided in the transition of a UArizona internship and engagement course to fully online, blending community engagement with online learning through apt instructional design. Rachel joined the D2L consulting team in 2021, bridging her experience in the informal, classroom, and online instruction. Rachel graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Environmental Science.
