Virtual
National Day on Writing recognizes the value of all the writing we do in our personal and professional lives, as teachers, and as lifelong learners. This year, we have two instructor-facing events to celebrate! We hope you join us in thinking about writing as a tool for supporting students across our campus.
Faculty Fellow Showcase: Insights on Assessing Student Writing
Curious how to assess writing in ways that feel fair, inclusive, and meaningful? In this virtual session, WAC Faculty Fellow and psychology professor Dr. Linda Hollis, who teaches asynchronous courses, will give us a behind-the-scenes tour of her course and share practical strategies you can adapt for your own classroom. No registration is required.
