Thais Rodrigues Cons

Graduate Associate

Thais Rodrigues Cons is a Graduate Associate with the Writing Across the Curriculum (WAC) at the University of Arizona, where she supports faculty in creating inclusive and meaningful writing assignments. She is a PhD student in Rhetoric, Composition, and the Teaching of English, with a minor in Information. Originally from Brazil, Thais has over ten years of experience teaching English, editing, translating, and working with technical and academic writing. She has worked at a university writing center in Brazil, taught in the U of A Writing Program, and supported graduate students through the Office of Fellowships and the Graduate Writing Lab. Her research interests are Technical and Professional Communication with a social justice lens, Document Design, Critical Digital Literacies, and how writing happens across disciplines and languages.
