Mascha N. Gemein
Mascha N. Gemein is passionate about supporting faculty with evidence-based teaching practices through consultations, professional development programs, and learning communities. She has over 20 years of international and interdisciplinary teaching experience across two higher education systems and over 10 years of educational consulting experience with instructors from many disciplines.
As Chair and faculty member of the College Teaching GIDP she teaches graduate courses and leads the program administration and development. She helped develop the Teaching Exchange Symposium for its debut in 2025 to support the local teaching community. She has collaborated with the Office of General Education as a Faculty Coordinator and with HSI Initiatives on the Curriculum Development Institute as advisory team member and presenter.
