John Potenza serves part-time as the Business Analyst at the University of Arizona with the University Center for Teaching, Assessment, and Technology. He provides data analysis and reporting support to all the teams within the unit and enjoys working with staff to illustrate all of the amazing work that they accomplish.

Throughout his thirty-year career he has worked in various departments on campus starting with the Graduate College, Residence Life, Department of English, SBS Dean’s Office, and Student Engagement and Career Development. He has also been part of the implantation team of two university student information systems and implemented specialized software programs for departments.
